Having spent the early part of my life doing conventional desk job I was introduced to the charismatic world of Fitness and Health and became a Staunch devotee of Iron ever since. Since than I have conducted experiments on myself testing various fitness and diet protocols(both conventional and unconventional) and finally I can claim that I know at least the ABC's of fitness. Not genetically gifted,I was challenged proven and refuted myths of fitness and nutrition.Used revolutionary methods to transform lives' of people around me. My approach to produce results is based on Pareto's 80/20 principle i.e. 20 percent work that produce 80 percent results. Despite of having bevy of certificates (Crossfit Level 1, FMS Level 1, Pn Nutrition etc.) I want to be a disciple of Iron and Nutrition forever.
